#Run4Wine at the 2013 Flying Feather 4 Miler

Thanksgiving is all about family, fun and food! Now you can add fitness too!

Bring all of your family and friends out for the Flying Feather 4 Miler on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28, 2013 in Dublin, Ohio.

The 2013 Flying Feather 4 Miler is limited to the first 4,000 runners and walkers to ensure the best race experience possible — please register early so you don't miss out!

All runners and walkers 21 and over receive a T-shirt, finisher's medal and bottle of EPPA SupraFruta Sangria wine for the Thanksgiving Table!

All participants in the Flying Feather 4 Miler who are under 21 will receive a t-shirt, finisher's medal and a Gift Bag from Giant Eagle that will include a full-size bag of Way Better Snacks "Oh My Sweet Punkin Cranberry" Tortilla Chips, a protein bar and a bottle of Sparkling Cider.

All participants in the Kids' Gobbler Chase receive a T-shirt, finisher's medal, cookies courtesy of Giant Eagle and a "Hog Mollies" book courtesy of the Second & 7 Foundation!

The Flying Feather 4 Miler begins and ends on Tuscany Drive just east of Hyland-Croy Road (see below for directions and parking information). Start and Finish Line address is 7176 Cabernet Court, Dublin, Ohio 43016.

Kids' Gobbler Chase

The Kids' Gobbler Chase, which begins at 8:30am, is a short gallop (less than a quarter of a mile) for children of all ages. Former Ohio State Buckeyes football players will start the race. Parents are encouraged to participate and run with their kids. Each participant receives a T-shirt, finisher's medal, cookies courtesy of Giant Eagle and a "Hog Mollies" book courtesy of the Second & 7 Foundation, the official benefitting charity of the Flying Feather 4 Miler.

This is truly an event for every pace and person. Runners, walkers, gobblers and everyone in between—this is YOUR event!!! The Flying Feather Four Miler is the Thanksgiving Day event for you!

A Great Course!

The Flying Feather Four Miler winds around a brand new loop course through the Glacier Ridge Metro Park. See map at right (click to enlarge). It is an accurate four (4) mile course that is sure to please all!

Rules of the Road

Please note that the course will remain open for one (1) hour and twenty (20) minutes — this is a 20 minutes per mile pace.

We have some elite, very fast and fast runners. Please let them in the front of the pack. They will be out of your way before you can say "Happy Thanksgiving".

The following are NOT permitted in the event:

Pets, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, or any other types of vehicles (other than official vehicles). These regulations are for your safety and the safety of the other participants in the race.

Jogging Strollers are permitted provided you start in the very back of the field and are walking or moving slowly.
