A great new family tradition with wine and cookies too!

Thanksgiving is all about family, fun and food. Now you can add fun and activity! Bring all your relatives, house guests, cooking buddies and little turkeys out for the Flying Feather Four Miler, Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2008.

We will be limiting the race to the first 2000 participants to ensure the best race experience possible—please register early so you don't miss out!

All adult participants will receive a bottle of wine for the Thanksgiving Table! Kids should get a piece of the pie, or COOKIE too! Every young gobbler participating in the Four Miler or Gobbler Chase will receive specially made, packaged Thanksgiving Day cookies. Kids 10 and under can participate in the Kids' Gobbler Chase, which takes place before the four miler so parents and family can cheer the kids on.

Kids' Gobbler Chase

Everyone Welcome!

This is truly an event for every pace and person. Runners, walkers, gobblers and everyone in between—this is YOUR event!!! The Flying Feather Four Miler is the Thanksgiving Day event for you!

Parking & Directions

Please park at Dublin Jerome High School (see map). The high school is 1/2 a mile from the start line so if you'd like to get a warm up in you are welcome or you can take a shuttle bus from the lot to the start line. There will be shuttle buses running from 7:00am–8:30am and again from 10:00am–11:30am. Please remember that we are trying to transport 2400 people plus volunteers.

The shuttle bus parking lot is the south lot at Dublin Jerome (the lot that opens to Brand Road). The shuttle buses will leave and return to that lot. The lot closest to Corazon that exits out to Hyland Croy is the best lot to park and walk.
