The Flying Feather Four Miler
The Flying Feather Four Miler is the Ultimate Thanksgiving Celebration! All participants receive a Premium Hoodie, Finisher’s Medal and Race Bib. Participants over 21 also receive the famous Flying Feather Bottle of Wine for the Thanksgiving Table! Wine will be distributed after you cross the Finish Line on Thanksgiving Day!
Kids' Gobbler Chase
The Kids' Gobbler Chase, which begins at 8:30am, is a short gallop (less than a quarter of a mile) for children age 10 and under. Former Ohio State Buckeyes football players will start the race. Parents are encouraged to participate and run with their kids. Each participant receives a Official Event T-shirt, Official Finisher's Medal and a "Hog Mollies" book courtesy of the Second & 7 Foundation, the official benefitting charity of the Flying Feather Four Miler.
Gear Check is available on-site near the Info Tent. Gear Check will be open from 7 a.m.-11 a.m. All bags must be marked with your NAME, PHONE NUMBER and BIB NUMBER.
2nd & 7 Book Bank
The Flying Feather Four Miler benefits the 2nd & 7 Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Columbus whose mission is to promote reading by providing free books and positive role models to kids in need while encouraging young athletes of the community to pay it forward.
2nd & 7 will continue its mission of providing free books and positive role models to kids in need while encouraging young athletes of the community to pay it forward by opening central Ohio’s first free book bank.
The book bank will strengthen our mission by allowing us to provide even more books to the schools, teachers and children who need them the most. We want to be a trusted source in the community for making book donations. At the Flying Feather Four Miler packet pick up and race day, we will accept NEW and VERY GENTLY used K-6 books to be distributed to local classrooms throughout central Ohio.

The Virtual Flying Feather Four Miler costs just $55 and includes shipping. Please note that the Virtual Flying Feather Four Miler does not include a bottle of wine.
